About the Role
We are seeking this role to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Bentonville, AR. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
- What you must have to be considered:
- Possess a strong proficiency in Spring boot Microservices and Java for full stack development.
- Demonstrate expertise in Commerce Full Stack Engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a maximum of 10 years.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift environment.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $55,00 - $75,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
