Tech Lead (Java/Angular)
About the role
As a Tech Lead, you will make an impact by designing, building, and deploying robust Java-based microservices that power mission-critical applications in the banking and financial services domain. You will be a valued member of the engineering delivery team and work collaboratively with developers, testers, architects, and client stakeholders.
In this role, you will
Deliver on assigned development tasks, taking ownership from analysis through deployment.
Analyze features and requirements and produce a clear implementation plan.
Implement, unit test, and deploy high-quality code.
Support testing activities and help resolve defects.
Support vulnerability fixes and ad-hoc tasks related to migrations, upgrades, and other changes as needed.

What you need to have to be considered
Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, JPA, and SQL.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka).
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerization, and deployment, plus REST APIs, JSON, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and performance tuning, with exposure to the BFSI domain.
These will help you stand out
Experience with NoSQL technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) and GraphQL.
Familiarity with OpenShift and additional data-streaming tooling.
Angular (version 16 or later), TypeScript, and micro front-end architecture.
Module federation and server-driven UI patterns.
Bootstrap and the Jasmine testing framework.
