Basic understanding of retirement industry
Provide support to the product consultant through analysing customer requirements and provide recommendations through interactions with the customer
Coordinate with onsite team or clients for requirements gathering or functional clarifications
Identify value adds example enhance existing features which can address repeated issues during implementation
Perform daytime and high priority tasks as requested by business within SLA
Testing
Create unit test cases and perform unit testing including complex components
Review unit test cases as created by Product Specialist and Product Analyst
Assist the testing team by reviewing test strategy document when required
Provide UAT and implementation support
Drive clarifications or defect resolution to ensure timely deployment Innovation
Contribute ideas areas requiring improvements based on project implementation team feedback etc
Identify best practices related to the project or product & document the same

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Month Day, Year.
The annual salary for this position is between $130-150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
