Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively resolving technical issues before they impact the business priorities and operational
  • Automation support requests
  • On-floor support of manufacturing activities.
  • Support the smooth running of the site value stream and supply by providing and being part of the AIT Automation Delta V Shift support team.
  • Ensure supply of high-quality product through ensuring equipment and system availability maximize performance through continuous process improvement initiatives and other relevant operational support requirements
  • Ensure adherence implementation and execution of local SOPs and technical documentation e.g., Change Management Execution Incident Problem Management Quality Notifications SDLC documentation
  • Responsible for supporting a culture of Continuous Improvement by deploying MSD Six Sigma tools within Automation in relation to problem solving to support any associated investigations
  • Required to comply with company Global Policies Procedures and Guidelines regulatory requirements and execute current good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SDLC/CSV in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions
  • Delta V System Administration process control/recipe changes active step changes as required updates and interventions security and account management system performance monitoring
  • While Delta V Shift support is the primary focus support and troubleshooting of supporting PLC/HMI and Scada based systems will be required.
  • Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in Company.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills:

  • 4+ Year Automation Experience in a GMP environment ·
  • Technical Skills: Any DCS PLC SCADA Emerson Delta V

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical or Bio-Process Engineering, or related field
