Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Analytics & Insights and Analytics with a strong domain expertise in Networks. The role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel required. The ideal candidate will contribute to our innovative projects and help drive impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of data models and algorithms to analyze network performance and optimize operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in the integration of analytics tools and platforms within the network domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-driven opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analytics and reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for analytics and network-related projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and network domains.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and tools.
  • Support the development of predictive models to forecast network performance and potential issues.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all analytics activities.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in analytics and insights with a focus on network performance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have a solid understanding of network technologies and their impact on data analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show experience in developing and implementing predictive models for network optimization.
  • Display strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.


Certifications Required

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
