Job summary

As a GeoSpatial Developer specializing in Java you will be instrumental in designing and implementing geospatial solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Your expertise in Java and Angular will drive the development of innovative applications that enhance spatial data processing and visualization. Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement geospatial applications using Java and Spring Boot to enhance spatial data processing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable microservices architecture for geospatial solutions.
  • Utilize Angular to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces for geospatial applications.
  • Optimize application performance by integrating efficient data processing techniques within the microservices framework.
  • Ensure seamless integration of geospatial data with existing systems to improve data accessibility and usability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable geospatial applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for geospatial applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest geospatial technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
  • Document application development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for geospatial solutions.
  • Implement security measures to protect geospatial data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies for geospatial projects.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Core Java to develop robust geospatial applications.
  • Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture for scalable application development.
  • Exhibit expertise in Angular for creating interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model collaborating effectively with remote and on-site teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of geospatial data processing and visualization techniques.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.
  • Maintain effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
