About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations that streamline procurement, supplier management, and sourcing processes. This role ensures seamless connectivity between Workday and external vendor systems, driving efficiency and compliance in sourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday Strategic Sourcing integrations with external procurement and vendor platforms.
- Configure and support Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Cloud Connect for Procurement/Sourcing.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing integrations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Document integration processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing and related integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes including supplier onboarding, RFP/RFQ, contract management, and vendor collaboration.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Document Transformation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, vendor portals, and procurement workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
