Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Raincode Platform CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust architectural solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive the companys success and impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive architectural solutions using Raincode Platform ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol into existing systems enhancing overall system performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural designs ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations minimizing risk and enhancing system security.
  • Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems incorporating new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and promote best practices across the organization.


Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Raincode Platform and its application in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex technical challenges.
  • Have excellent communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Display a collaborative mindset working effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
