Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of expertise in Business Intelligence and Business Analysis & Planning. The role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The candidate should possess strong English language skills and will play a crucial role in driving business insights and strategic planning to enhance company performance.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
  • Develop comprehensive business intelligence reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between stakeholders and project goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all business intelligence outputs.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators.
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in business intelligence and analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business intelligence tools. Qualifications
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business intelligence and analysis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Have a deep understanding of business processes and strategic planning.
  • Show experience in working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Hold a relevant degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.


Certifications Required

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
