Job Summary

As a Sr. Quality Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare solutions. With a focus on Medicare and Medicaid Claims you will leverage your expertise in automation and testing frameworks to enhance our software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will drive continuous improvement and innovation in our quality assurance processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and test scripts to support effective software validation across products and systems

Conduct technical analyses to deliver unit testing and automation solutions for software applications system architectures and test tools

Execute both manual and automated API testing including designing and running automated tests using Java Python and Cucumber frameworks in line with industry best practices

Review automation and application code document test results and provide constructive feedback to project teams for quality improvement

Acquire and apply indepth knowledge of systems and applications to maximize test coverage and ensure highquality deliverables

Mentor and assist junior engineers facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting their technical development

Participate in design code test case and application readiness reviews to maintain quality standards and release readiness

Collaborate with DevOps and Product teams to integrate quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Support performance load and security testing activities to help validate system reliability and compliance

Contribute to the development and maintenance of test data management strategies and tools for comprehensive testing scenarios

Monitor and report on key quality metrics contributing to datadriven recommendations for process improvement

Stay informed on new tools and technologies in automation and quality engineering and propose enhancements as appropriate

Participate in root cause analysis of production issues and assist in postmortem reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field

Strong experience in automation testing with practical expertise in Java Python and frameworks such as Cucumber Selenium Playwright etc

Solid background in both API manual and automation testing including development and maintenance of automation frameworks and test scripts

Proficient in reviewing code and test scripts presenting test results and offering actionable feedback to teams

4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing

Demonstrated ability to develop solid system and application understanding to support thorough testing

Experience mentoring junior engineers and participating in design code test case and application readiness reviews

Good knowledge of SQL functional testing and maintaining automation suites

Handson experience with Agile methodologies CICD pipelines GitHub and Github Actions

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Azure experience most preferrable
