Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Blue Yonder WMS. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative solutions and improvements within our hybrid work model. This role focuses on enhancing our warehouse management systems driving efficiency and supporting our companys growth. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions using Blue Yonder WMS to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and enhancements.
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and development of new features and functionalities.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure the integration of Blue Yonder WMS with other enterprise systems for seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations processes and enhancements for future reference.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Blue Yonder WMS and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Support the testing and deployment of new system features and updates.
  • Engage in idea generation and research to drive innovation within the warehouse management domain.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Blue Yonder WMS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Have experience in idea generation and research within the warehouse management domain.
  • Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.


Certifications Required

Blue Yonder WMS Certification Agile Scrum Master Certification
