Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GWPC Sr Dev with 10 to 14 years of experience in Guidewire technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GW - PolicyCenter Functional Guidewire Insurance Suite and Guidewire Digital Portal. The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our insurance operations. This is a hybrid work model with no travel required offering a perfect balance between work and personal life.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter to streamline insurance processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Guidewire applications.
  • Oversee the integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Predfned&cust Plugin to customize and enhance application features.
  • Develop and maintain Guidewire Digital Portal solutions to enhance user experience and accessibility for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Guidewire-related projects.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Guidewire applications in a timely manner.
  • Lead the development of Guidewire Work Models to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in the use of Guidewire technologies to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the insurance domain.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Possess a strong understanding of GW
  • PolicyCenter Functional and its application in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration and customization.
  • Have hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Predfned&cust Plugin for application development.
  • Exhibit expertise in Guidewire Digital Portal for enhancing client interactions.
  • Show a proven track record of successful Guidewire implementations and integrations.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
