The ideal candidate will have expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. Experience in COTS Products and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. Responsibilities : - Design and implement robust technology architectures that align with business goals and objectives. - Develop and maintain scalable solutions using MariaDB ensuring optimal database performance. - Utilize BPMN Modeling to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Leverage Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks increasing productivity and reducing errors. - Integrate Appian AI capabilities to deliver intelligent solutions that drive business insights. - Lead Appian Solution Development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring best practices are followed. - Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the organization. - Ensure all solutions are compliant with industry regulations and company policies. - Document all architectural designs and decisions for future reference and knowledge sharing. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of MariaDB and its application in large-scale environments. - Demonstrate proficiency in BPMN Modeling for process optimization. - Have hands-on experience with Appian RPA and AI to enhance automation capabilities. - Exhibit expertise in Appian Solution Development delivering high-quality applications. - Experience with COTS Products in BFS Ast&Wlth is advantageous. - Knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management processes is beneficial. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. 9.
