Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data Lightning Integration and Configuration. This role requires domain experience in Payer and offers a hybrid work model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce platform to drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
  • Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes and ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage and optimize SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Utilize SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that improve user engagement.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Configure Salesforce settings to align with business requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
  • Document technical specifications and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in agile development processes to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing Salesforce capabilities ultimately benefiting our clients and society.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization with a focus on Payer domain.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce DevOps and integration techniques.
  • Have expertise in SFDC Lightning and Configuration to create effective solutions.
  • Show capability in managing SFDC Data to maintain data quality and accessibility.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
