The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Azure Data Factory pipelines, Synapse Analytics solutions, and Python-based automation. You’ll ensure our data platforms run smoothly, troubleshoot issues before they impact business, and build enhancements that make our systems faster, smarter, and more reliable. Your work will directly influence how our clients make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Azure Data Factory pipelines, Synapse Analytics, and related Azure services.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data validation, and process improvements.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to implement new data integration solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in Azure Data Engineering or Support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts for proactive issue detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
