The Impact You'll Make
As a Business System Analyst, you will be the critical link between stakeholders and our technical teams. You’ll translate business requirements into actionable data workflows, design ETL processes that ensure accuracy and efficiency, and use Python and SQL to unlock insights that shape strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence how we optimize operations, improve customer experiences, and innovate faster.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data-driven projects.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into our analytics ecosystem.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Use Python for data processing, automation scripts, and advanced analytics.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Create clear documentation, process flows, and data dictionaries for ongoing reference.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You'll Bring
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business/System/Data Analyst with strong ETL, Python, and SQL skills.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or custom Python ETL scripts).
- Strong SQL skills for complex joins, aggregations, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
