Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and conducting security investigations across enterprise environments. Ensures data protection compliance and timely response to security incidents.
Responsibilities
Deploy configure and maintain DLP solutions across endpoints email and cloud environments.
Monitor DLP alerts and investigate potential data leakage incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures for data security breaches.
Collaborate with SOC teams for incident triage and escalation.
Conduct forensic analysis on endpoints and network traffic for security investigations.
Develop and maintain DLP policies aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Prepare detailed incident reports and provide recommendations for remediation.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to data protection standards.
Maintain documentation for DLP configurations investigation workflows and compliance mappings.
Hands-on experience with enterprise DLP tools (e.g. Symantec Forcepoint Microsoft Purview).
Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR HIPAA PCI-DSS).
Experience in security incident investigation and forensic analysis.
Familiarity with SIEM platforms for alert correlation and monitoring.
Understanding of endpoint security and network security fundamentals.
Knowledge of insider threat detection and mitigation strategies.
Experience with CASB solutions and cloud DLP integration.
Familiarity with scripting for automation (PowerShell Python).
Exposure to threat hunting and advanced investigation techniques.

Symantec DLP Certified Specialist
GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
