Job Summary
The Sr. Software Engineer B2 role is designed for experienced professionals with 11 to 14 years of expertise in software development. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and Spring Boot to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions using AWS cloud services.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective use of SQL and mySQL.
- Implement user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript to enhance user experience and application functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
- Ensure software solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards protecting company data and assets.
- Analyze system requirements and design specifications to develop efficient and reliable software solutions.
- Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Document software processes and procedures to maintain clear and comprehensive records for future reference.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in AWS cloud services and their application in software development.
- Proficiency in SQL and mySQL for effective database management and optimization.
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for developing robust and scalable applications.
- Familiarity with Spring MVC framework for building web applications.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript for creating dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting technical issues.
