Job Summary
The Sr Product Specialist(ISG) role is pivotal in driving the success of our product offerings by leveraging technical expertise in Java Manual Testing and PL/SQL. This position requires a deep understanding of Model N PbN applications including Medicaid Government Pricing and Regulatory frameworks. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts ensuring seamless integration and optimization of product functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex data models to support product development and optimization.
- Develop and execute manual testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Utilize Java programming skills to implement and refine product functionalities.
- Oversee the integration of Model N PbN applications focusing on Medicaid and Government Pricing modules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Model N PbN applications to ensure seamless operation.
- Implement PL/SQL solutions to manage and manipulate data efficiently within the product framework.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by integrating Model N PbN Regulatory standards into product development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor product performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower team members with product knowledge and technical skills.
- Support commercial work models by integrating Model N PbN Commercial frameworks into product strategies.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong foundation in Java programming and manual testing methodologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PL/SQL for effective data management and manipulation.
- Have experience with Model N PbN applications including Medicaid and Government Pricing.
- Exhibit knowledge of data flow and data model concepts within product development.
- Show understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on product design.
- Display ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in product specialization.
- Hold expertise in troubleshooting and providing technical support for complex applications.
Certifications Required
Certified Java Programmer ISTQB Certified Tester Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
