Product Manager / Product Owner
We are seeking a versatile Product Manager/Product Owner to drive the vision and execution of our digital solutions. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation within an Agile framework. Banking experience in any of the following areas is a must- Retail servicing and Experience driven products, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Branch Banking and Teller, Payments, Retail Wealth
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are "Ready" for development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specs.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Refinement sessions.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to maximize ROI and product value.
- Partner with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to refine product goals.
- Convert requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into feasible technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate product performance to maximize ROI, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working in Customer facing Banking products as a PO\PM is a must.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Agile product management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- SaFe PO/PM/CSPO or CPM certifications preferred.
