Cognizant is hiring an Senior Account Manager to form an integral part of the continued rapid growth of Cognizant’s Banking & Financial Services Sales team, expanding our global service portfolio from Integration, Technology and Outsourcing services for large accounts in Switzerland. The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management. Reporting into our BFSI Client Partner and based in Bruxelles, Belgium, this role requires offers hybrid work model.
Overview
Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. CRM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. They support and report into the Client Partner and act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. The CRM works with delivery teams to enhance backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience by conducting client meetings. A CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue & client satisfaction
What are you looking for?
Build trusted relationships with our current clients in the BFSI space
Understand the client, issues and priorities and co-create impactful and transformative solutions
Drive RFPs / proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions, and expansion
Track of BFSI trends relevant to client business and bring forth proactive ideas and solutions, leveraging Cognizant business cases in other geos
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients and be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions of current engagements
A strong AI and client-centric culture

What are we looking for?
10+ years of experience in a client facing role from previous IT Professional services firms / offshore outsourcing industry .
Proven experience dedicated to Banking & Financial Services and/or Insurance local accounts in Belgium
Experience managing Client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite
Proactive mindset, ability to interface at all levels of an organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
Leader by influence, strong ability to call SMEs at the table and be a game changer
Preferred Experience
MS or MBA degree
Proven track record to contribute to grown existing P&L and detect new opportunities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the skills to identify strategic solutions to business problems that have enterprise-wide implications.
Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments and technical and non-technical audiences
