Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Blue Yonder WMS with existing processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and process workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize functionality.
- Provide training and support to team members on Blue Yonder WMS functionalities to enhance user proficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of system usage and data accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement best practices for data management and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements.
- Evaluate new features and updates in Blue Yonder WMS to determine their applicability and potential benefits.
- Lead initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and reduce costs through effective system utilization.
- Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business objectives to drive strategic growth.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss system improvements and gather feedback from users.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management systems to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Blue Yonder WMS and its application in warehouse management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and optimizing system workflows for improved efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address system-related challenges effectively.
- Showcase ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Have experience in training and supporting users on technical systems.
- Display strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
