Job Summary
As a Technology Specialist you will leverage your expertise in LLAMA 2 and OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 to drive innovation and efficiency within our hybrid work model. Your role will focus on enhancing our technology solutions particularly in the Cards & Payments domain ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced technology solutions using LLAMA 2 and OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems enhancing functionality and user experience.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members ensuring successful deployment and maintenance of AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented technologies making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
- Research and stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff to ensure effective use of new technologies and tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Cards & Payments domain.
- Develop documentation and reports to track project progress and outcomes providing insights for future initiatives.
- Support the hybrid work model by utilizing remote collaboration tools to maintain productivity and communication.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by driving technological advancements that positively impact society.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in LLAMA 2 and OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Have experience in the Cards & Payments domain understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
- Exhibit strong communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show adaptability to work within a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
- Display a commitment to ongoing learning and staying abreast of technological advancements.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
