About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant to join our team, supporting clients in the insurance and pension industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive transformation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Key Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Insurance industry with specialization in P&C insurances as primary domain
Consulting experience and ability to win and drive consulting engagements
Grow consulting team withing a stipulated time and achieve targeted revenue goals
Work with technology teams and build proof of concepts and go to market initiatives
Thought Leadership
Qualifications and Experience
Deep Insurance domain experience in P&C Insurance as primary domain and general understanding of life insurance domain
Exposure to financial accounting/reporting insurance business - added advantage
Should have experience in German/Swiss market nuances
Should have experience in consultative selling, advisory delivery
Proven thought leadership in the areas in the domain area
Should have working experience on Insurance technology such as Guidewire, Duckcreek etc.,
Should have working exposure in key value chain areas such as - underwriting/ claims management
Should have hands on experience in primary skill areas such as Business Analysis, Process analysis, process redesign, program management
Should have worked in an onsite, nearshore, offshore model
Language: Swiss German, Fluent in English
