Data - Join our dynamic team as a SPE-Performing Servicing specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel to enhance our mortgage servicing operations. With 2 to 4 years of experience you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient client services and Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst . This night shift office-based role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and contribute positively to society.
Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance QA Analyst - Servicing executes the Servicing Quality Assurance Plan and ensures the company is satisfying its quality assurance requirements relative to his or her assigned process audits. This role involves conducting quality assurance audits and applying discretion and independent judgment during these audits. Mortgage Servicing processes are analyzed against complex mortgage servicing guidelines and regulations. Analysts review these processes using a prescribed audit schedule aligning with compliance monitoring investor requirements policies and procedures
Qualification
Graduate any discipline
3 plus years of overall experience in BPO from Mortgage servicing domain
Skill Sets
Has worked as transactional auditor or QC r role for 1 plus year in USA mortgage servicing area
Work experience in Mortgage Servicing QA Audit or Compliance
Well-versed with various Servicing guidelines
Exposure in Audit tool like ACES Black Knight Loss Mitigation System LMS Pyramid will be added advantage
Acceptability by the Client and all stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication
Ready to work in US shifts
Able to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications Required
- Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification
