We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Lead to drive and optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes within the automotive industry. This role is critical in ensuring seamless Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, and Inventory Management operations while aligning SAP MM capabilities with business and financial objectives.

Role Overview

As a Functional Lead, you will oversee end‑to‑end SAP MM processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and apply domain expertise to enhance operational efficiency and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP MM processes, including Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Manage Physical Inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Drive Direct and Indirect Procurement initiatives
  • Oversee Special Procurement scenarios to improve cost efficiency
  • Manage Inventory Management and Purchasing processes in line with policies and standards
  • Collaborate closely with Finance & Accounting teams for MM–FI integration
  • Apply automotive domain expertise to tailor SAP solutions to business needs
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
  • Analyze SAP MM data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support cross‑functional teams in leveraging SAP MM to meet business goals
