Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite - 4 days a week)

Level: Associate Director

About the Role: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for overall relationship management of accounts over $30Mn portfolio. Building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact, resolving issues, understanding needs, and identifying new opportunities to boost loyalty and footprints across the portfolio.

Work model: Onsite - 4 days a week.

In this role, As a –

· Relationship building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication and regular connect by being onsite at least 3 days a week. Responsible for the overall P&L of the allocated portfolio of accounts.

· Engagement Governance: Ensure that the delivery teams are carrying out regular MBR/QBR and actions are being tracked. Understand client feedback and ensure that the feedbacks are incorporated in the engagements by delivery teams

· Align with customer strategies: Build strong rapport with the customer stakeholders and understand their strategies and key investment areas. Create account plans to align with the customer priorities

  • Contract management: Ensure all SoW/PO are properly followed up for signatures. Become single point of contact for all contractual & commercial discussions with the customer stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Strong experience of working in Technology sector with over $30 Mn budget

· 10+ Years of experience in Customer Management roles

· Should have strong experience of working with SaaS companies or SaaS platforms.

· Graduate/Post Graduate Qualification

· Strong track record of managing programs and portfolio

  • Demonstrated portfolio growth with improved profitability.

Key Competencies: Understanding of latest Technology Domains and GenAI/ML will be added advantage.

The annual base salary for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
