Job Summary
The Functional Specialist (ISG) will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes through effective data reporting and analysis. With a focus on OBIEE Reporting the candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with teams to deliver insightful solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of data structures and reporting tools ensuring the companys objectives are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive OBIEE reports to support business decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for reporting solutions
- Implement data models and reporting strategies that align with organizational goals
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
- Provide training and support to users on OBIEE reporting functionalities
- Optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues providing timely resolutions
- Maintain documentation for all reporting processes and procedures
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and analysis
- Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and reporting
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions
- Support the integration of new data sources into the reporting framework. Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in OBIEE Reporting with at least 10 years of experience
- Demonstrate expertise in data analysis and reporting tools
- Have a solid understanding of data structures and business intelligence concepts
- Show proficiency in developing and optimizing data models
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Hold a bachelors degree in a related field such as Information Systems or Business Analytics.
