Job Summary

The SDM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in managing and optimizing procurement processes within our organization. With a focus on direct procurement and Coupa Procure eProcurement systems the candidate will ensure seamless operations in a hybrid work model. This position requires night shift availability and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the companys procurement strategy enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


Responsibilities

  • SaaS experience is Mandatory
  • Sourcing event execution (RFP, RFI)
  • Knowledge of Fixed Price and T&M Contract
  • Executing RFPs and RFIs under direction of Senior Sourcing Managers
  • Building out bid analysis documents
  • Scheduling RFx meetings
  • Monitoring RFx timelines
  • Direct negotiations on renewals for in scope spend areas
  • Providing supplier market research
  • Direct negotiations on proposed new spending requirements
  • Review of proposed contracts for goods/services
  • Coordinating on sourcing projects under direction of Sourcing Manager
  • Providing “Buy Desk” for lower complexity, lower spend sourcing execution
  • Category Management Plan Development (upon request)
    Spend Analysis..
  • Creation of Pricing Database for all purchases organized by category - rate cards per location, unit pricing per supplier/SKU, etc.
  • Consolidate multiple POs with same supplier and co term renewal dates
