Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing product offerings focusing on Veeva solutions. With a hybrid work model this position requires a deep understanding of Veeva systems and the ability to drive product innovation. The role demands a strategic mindset to align product features with business goals ensuring customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of Veeva products ensuring timely updates and enhancements
  • Provide expert guidance on Veeva systems to optimize product performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva solutions into broader business processes
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
  • Monitor product performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product-related activities
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and capabilities in Veeva systems
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with technical expertise to promote Veeva products effectively
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Veeva solutions
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering products that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong technical background in Veeva systems with proven experience in product management
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Have a strategic mindset to align product features with business goals
  • Show proficiency in project management to oversee product development and implementation
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications in Veeva systems being a plus.


Certifications Required

Veeva Certified Administrator Product Management Professional (PMP)
