Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Design and implement solutions using Planisware to optimize project management processes and improve operational efficiency. - Provide expert guidance and support to users facilitating the effective use of Planisware for project planning and execution. - Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity and performance. - Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Planisware functionalities. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and satisfaction. - Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Planisware with other enterprise systems. - Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations processes and user guides for reference and training purposes. - Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into project progress and resource utilization. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve system-related challenges and opportunities. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system management and data security. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support business growth. - Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.
