Job Summary

The GM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and delivery of services within the organization. With a focus on MS Office Web Components the candidate will drive efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work model. The role demands expertise in Auto - Policy Admin Finance and Accounting Compliance and Risk Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience and operates during night shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration and delivery of services using MS Office Web Components to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop strategies to optimize the use of MS Office Web Components in various business processes.
  • Implement best practices in Auto
  • Policy Admin to streamline policy management and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Auto
  • Compliance and Risk to mitigate potential risks.
  • Oversee claims processing to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims in the Auto
  • Claims domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Property & Casualty Insurance offerings and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve service delivery outcomes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team to drive organizational success.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in MS Office Web Components to drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Auto
  • Policy Admin Finance and Accounting Compliance and Risk Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in night shifts to meet business demands.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
