Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a qualified Business Development Analyst - CIS professional to develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, identify their requirements, and deliver appropriate solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and deliver customised solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategic plans for market entry and expansion.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Represent Cognizant at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Track and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, refining strategies to meet defined targets.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development progress, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related corporate role.
- Solid understanding of Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
Preferred Skills
- Cloud-related certifications.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
