Job Summary
The SME-Policy Servicing role involves managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the organization. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy the candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Office to streamline operations. The role requires rotational shifts and offers a hybrid work model providing flexibility and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of policy-related tasks.
- Utilize MS Office tools to enhance productivity and streamline policy servicing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on MS Office applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all servicing activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for policy servicing procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored policy servicing solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in MS Office and policy servicing techniques.
- Address and resolve policy servicing issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support the integration of new technologies to improve policy servicing capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing policy servicing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to support policy servicing tasks effectively.

- Have experience in Auto

Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended.
