Job Summary

The SME-Policy Servicing role involves managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the organization. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy the candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Office to streamline operations. The role requires rotational shifts and offers a hybrid work model providing flexibility and dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of policy-related tasks.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to enhance productivity and streamline policy servicing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on MS Office applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for policy servicing procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored policy servicing solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in MS Office and policy servicing techniques.
  • Address and resolve policy servicing issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support the integration of new technologies to improve policy servicing capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing policy servicing efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to support policy servicing tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret policy data and drive process improvements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in Auto
  • Claims domain to provide specialized insights and solutions.
  • Show adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model for dynamic work environment.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address policy servicing challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing operations.


Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended.
