Job Summary
The Technical Lead role is crucial for driving the success of our SAP Commerce projects. With a focus on SAP Commerce WCMS Search Platform PCM Integration eCommerce Core Backoffice Functional B2B Java and Spring MVC the candidate will ensure seamless project execution. The role involves hybrid work model with day shifts contributing to innovative solutions that enhance business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commerce solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the development and integration of SAP Commerce modules including WCMS Search Platform and PCM
- Provide technical expertise in SAP Commerce eCommerce and Core functionalities to optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless SAP Commerce Backoffice Functional and B2B solutions
- Drive the adoption of Java and Spring MVC frameworks to enhance application scalability and maintainability
- Ensure the integration of SAP Commerce systems with existing enterprise applications for streamlined operations
- Develop strategies to enhance user experience and functionality within SAP Commerce platforms
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP Commerce applications to ensure high availability and reliability
- Implement best practices for SAP Commerce development and deployment processes
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members in SAP Commerce technologies
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve SAP Commerce system capabilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Contribute to the companys vision by delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SAP Commerce WCMS Search Platform PCM Integration eCommerce Core Backoffice Functional and B2B
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Spring MVC frameworks for robust application development
- Experience in Fleet Management and Crew Management systems within the cruise domain is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid model adapting to both remote and in-office environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Development Professional - SAP Commerce Cloud Developer Java SE 8 Programmer Certification
