Job Summary

The GM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in driving the success of our Finance and Operations initiatives. With a focus on MSD365 F&O Order to Cash and ABAP Development for SAP HANA the candidate will ensure seamless integration and optimization of financial processes. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of MSD365 F&O solutions to enhance financial operations and streamline processes.
  • Oversee the Order to Cash cycle ensuring efficient transaction management and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expertise in ABAP Development for SAP HANA to support system enhancements and customizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and process flows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all financial operations.
  • Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into existing systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support the Procure to Pay and Order Management processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MSD365 F&O and its application in financial operations.
  • Exhibit strong skills in Order to Cash processes and transaction management.
  • Possess advanced knowledge in ABAP Development for SAP HANA.
  • Have experience in Procure to Pay and Order Management as a nice to have skill.
  • Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
  • Display strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bring a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in finance and operations.
  • Showcase adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
