Job Summary

As a Business Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and transformation. With a focus on Automation and Robotics Process Automation you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of business solutions that leverage Automation and Robotics Process Automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the integration of automation tools into existing systems to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying Robotics Process Automation across various business units.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend automation strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives timelines and resource allocation for automation initiatives.
  • Ensure that all solutions align with the companys strategic goals and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the benefits and usage of automation tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in automation to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and impact of automation projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Automation and Robotics Process Automation demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in complex business environments.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications in Automation being highly desirable.

Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer Certification
