Job Summary
As a Business Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and transformation. Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying Robotics Process Automation across various business units.
- Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend automation strategies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives timelines and resource allocation for automation initiatives.
- Ensure that all solutions align with the companys strategic goals and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the benefits and usage of automation tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in automation to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and impact of automation projects.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Automation and Robotics Process Automation demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in complex business environments.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications in Automation being highly desirable.
