Job Summary
The Senior Process Executive-RA will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes using SAP ECC. With a focus on Finance & Controlling the candidate will ensure seamless integration of finance master data and efficient execution of procure to pay and order to cash cycles. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial processes using SAP ECC to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of finance master data to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Facilitate the procure to pay cycle ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Coordinate the order to cash cycle optimizing cash flow and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP Finance modules to enhance system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain documentation for financial processes and systems.
- Train and support team members in the use of SAP ECC and related financial processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of financial objectives.
- Utilize language skills in English to facilitate clear communication and documentation.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure continuous support and coverage. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP ECC Finance & Controlling to manage complex financial processes.
- Exhibit expertise in SAP Finance Master Data for accurate financial reporting.
- Possess strong skills in Finance
- Procure to Pay and Finance
- Order to Cash cycles.
- Experience in Payable Invoice Processing and Payments is advantageous.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid model adapting to both remote and in-office environments.
- Display effective communication skills in English for both written and spoken interactions.
- Demonstrate analytical skills to support financial decision-making and process optimization.
