About the role


As a Full Stack (.NET) Senior Developer, you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise applications. You will be a valued member of the Tax Innovation Technology team, collaborating with developers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency for our Tax Line of Service (LoS) engagement teams and clients.


In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to full-stack development across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

  • Build and scale .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) applications using Clean Architecture and CQRS.

  • Develop modular monoliths and microservices, integrating multi-agent workflows and streaming updates.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, pair/mob programming, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure code.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with support teams for deployments and issue resolution.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • 4+ years of software development experience (ideally 6+ years with the listed tech stack).

  • Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 6+ and .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.

  • Experience with Angular (v16+), NgRx, and Single-SPA microfrontends.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SQL Server optimization.

  • Familiarity with SignalR, MassTransit, Azure Service Bus/EventHubs.

  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, and DevExtreme.

  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, CQRS (MediatR), and event-driven systems.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, Docker, and Azure cloud services.

These will help you stand out:

  • Experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and AI engineering frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector/hybrid search, and Microsoft Semantic Kernel.

  • Familiarity with Power BI REST APIs and data integration with warehouses/lakehouses.

  • Strong background in testing (xUnit, Jasmine/Karma, E2E), Agile methodologies, and TDD.

  • Experience with JWT Bearer tokens, OpenAM, and Git/GitHub version control.
