IDM Support Engineer (SA)
The App Security Specialist will play a crucial role in safeguarding our applications by implementing robust security measures. With a focus on Identity Management and Governance the specialist will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. This hybrid role requires expertise in Java and CA/Broadcom Identity solutions contributing to the companys mission of secure digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Implement comprehensive security protocols to protect applications from unauthorized access and data breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into application development processes
- Analyze security requirements and design solutions that align with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies procedures and guidelines
- Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on security-related issues
- Monitor application security alerts and respond promptly to incidents to minimize impact
- Utilize Java programming skills to enhance security features within applications
- Manage and optimize CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools for effective identity management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor security solutions accordingly
- Drive initiatives to improve overall security posture and reduce risk exposure. Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Identity Management and Governance principles
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for application security enhancement
- Experience with CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools is essential
- Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
Certifications Required
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Oracle Identity Management Certification
