The Sr. Test Analyst role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing strategies. With a focus on mobile testing and automation the candidate will leverage tools like Appium and Selenium to enhance testing efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a hybrid work model.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test strategies for mobile applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Utilize Appium and Selenium to automate test processes reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test plans.
  • Conduct API testing to verify the functionality and integration of software components.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects working closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing test automation frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies in all testing activities.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
  • Support the manufacturing and supply chain domain by applying relevant testing expertise.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring software reliability impacting customer satisfaction positively.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in mobile testing with hands-on experience using Appium and Selenium.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in API testing and test automation techniques.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and supply chain domain is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display effective communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.

    Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) ISTQB Certified Tester
