Job Summary
The Service Line Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within the sales service and marketing domains. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the sales service and marketing domains to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the analysis of market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and optimize service delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on domain-specific challenges ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the integration of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations safeguarding the companys reputation and integrity.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Facilitate training and development programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with the intended audience.
- Support the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of sales service and marketing domains with a proven track record of success in these areas.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Show proficiency in integrating new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Have experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications being a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 30, 2026.
The annual base salary for this position is between $160,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
