Responsibilities : - Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and market demands. - Oversee the integration of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies into product offerings to enhance functionality and user experience. - Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM-Sales data to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery processes. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. - Drive the adoption of analytics tools and methodologies to enhance product decision-making and strategy formulation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in strategic leadership and technology integration. - Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes. - Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge during client interactions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and best practices. - Utilize strategic leadership skills to guide product teams towards achieving project milestones and objectives.
