Responsibilities : - Drive product innovation by leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to create cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of CRM-Sales strategies into product development processes enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. - Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Provide strategic direction to engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in product development. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features. - Develop and implement best practices for product engineering ensuring high-quality standards and efficient workflows. - Facilitate communication between engineering sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product strategies and successful launches. - Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the integrity and reliability of products. - Utilize analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning enhancing the effectiveness of product strategies. - Mentor and guide engineering teams promoting professional growth and development within the organization. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align product strategies with overall business goals maximizing impact and profitability. - Implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges driving the success of product initiatives. Qualifications - - Demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership with a proven track record of driving successful product strategies. - Extensive experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence with the ability to apply these technologies to product development. - Proficiency in CRM-Sales with a deep understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making. - Experience in a hybrid work model with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and in-office teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences. - Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. 9.
