Candidate should be hands on and is expected to lead and manage the support and enhancement of customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning Web Components (LWC), DevOps, development, and Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across the platform
Qualifications:
• Having strong experience in salesforce.com and managerial duties.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Health Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
