With a hybrid work model the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance project delivery and drive efficiency. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience focusing on strategic planning and execution within a collaborative environment. 3. Experience : 5 - 8 years 4. Responsibilities : - Develop comprehensive architectural plans that align with business objectives and leverage Planisware capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Planisware solutions into existing systems. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs that optimize resource utilization. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. - Oversee the implementation of Planisware solutions ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. - Conduct regular assessments of system performance and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team proficiency in Planisware functionalities. - Monitor project progress and provide strategic insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all architectural endeavors. - Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance Planisware solutions. - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and support. - Maintain documentation of architectural processes and solutions for future reference and continuous improvement. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Planisware and related technologies. Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Planisware functionalities and architecture. - Demonstrate proficiency in strategic planning and execution within a hybrid work model. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions. - Have a proven track record of successful project delivery using Planisware. - Show expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. - Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9.
