Job Summary

The Lead Administrator role involves managing and optimizing SAP systems to ensure seamless operations within a hybrid work model. The candidate will leverage their expertise in SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP and SAP HANA DB administration to enhance system performance and reliability. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Manage SAP BTP environments to support business processes and technological advancements.
  • Provide expertise in SAP HANA DB administration to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Implement NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA administration strategies to enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP systems with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute SAP Basis administration plans to support organizational growth.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP administration.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of SAP systems within the industrial manufacturing and automotive domains.
  • Utilize language skills in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities efficiently.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by optimizing SAP systems for improved productivity and societal impact.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Administration to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Exhibit expertise in SAP BTP Administration to support innovative business solutions.
  • Possess strong skills in SAP HANA DB Administration for effective data management.
  • Show experience in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to enhance system capabilities.
  • Have a solid background in SAP Basis Administration to drive system improvements.
  • Experience in the industrial manufacturing and automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English language skills for effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model adapting to both remote and on-site work environments.
