About Cognizant Consulting:
Cognizant Consulting is more than a consulting practice—we are a global community of experts helping organisations reimagine how they operate, compete, and grow in a digital‑first world. By combining deep industry knowledge with technology‑led advisory capabilities, we partner with clients to design and deliver meaningful transformation at scale.
About the Role:
As a Consulting Manager you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering digital transformation initiatives across complex business environments. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology—challenging the status quo, re‑imagining ways of working, and translating digital roadmaps into prioritised product features that drive measurable value.
You will be a valued member of Cognizant Consulting’s Digital Strategy and Process Re‑imagination team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, digital partners, and product delivery teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented in the most effective and value‑focused way.
In this role, you will:
• Partner with business, digital, and operational stakeholders to identify pain points, friction, and inefficiencies in current processes.
• Analyse and redesign end‑to‑end business processes and ways of working to unlock new value.
• Define digital solutions that enable redesigned processes and minimise operational friction.
• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements, user stories, product features, and business logic.
• Build strong stakeholder alignment and business buy‑in to maximise adoption of digital products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile product and sprint teams to provide clarity on feature requirements and value outcomes.
• Support early concept and prototype development through data gathering and feature modelling.
• Continuously assess user and customer feedback, translating insights into product enhancements.
• Influence product and solution design to ensure ongoing alignment with value creation and business outcomes.
Work Model:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
What you need to have to be considered:
• Proven experience working with business SMEs and end users to elicit, refine, and prioritise digital product requirements.
• Strong capability in conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and building trusted SME networks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex inputs into clear, structured outputs and playback findings to senior audiences.
• Experience articulating product, design, and process needs within fast‑paced, cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex data into consumable insights for varied stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or delivering business change within large transformation or digital programmes.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint teams and iterative product development.
These Will Help You Succeed:
• Experience delivering business change as part of major digital or transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with SAFe, NG Change BMS, CDF, or similar enterprise change and delivery frameworks.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement across programme and project feature delivery and benefits management.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and align senior stakeholders.
• Passion for digital transformation and advocacy for modern product‑led ways of working.
These will help you stand out:
• SAFe Practitioner or other Agile / Product‑related certifications.
