Job Summary

As a Cloud Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cloud solutions that enhance our companys technological capabilities. You will leverage your expertise in Desktop Management SCCM administration and Mobile Device Management to optimize device management processes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our cloud infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable cloud architectures that align with business objectives and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems.
  • Optimize device management processes using SCCM and Intune to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategies for effective mobile device management to support remote and hybrid work models.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth administration of SCCM systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to desktop management to maintain system integrity.
  • Implement security protocols to safeguard cloud infrastructure and data.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead initiatives to improve cloud infrastructure performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cloud-related activities.
  • Monitor and report on cloud system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cloud architecture and device management practices. Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in Desktop Management showcasing proficiency in SCCM administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Mobile Device Management with a strong understanding of Intune.
  • Exhibit a solid background in cloud architecture design and implementation.
  • Have a proven track record of optimizing device management processes for hybrid work models.
  • Show capability in troubleshooting and resolving desktop management issues effectively.
  • Display knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards in cloud environments.
  • Present ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technological goals.

    Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
