ServiceNow Solution Architect – TRPM

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect (remotely from anywhere in Spain) with expertise in TRPM to lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for top‑tier clients.

What will make you successful in this position?

  • + 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator).
  • 3+ CIS certifications + CAD certification (desired).
  • CTA certification (desired).
  • Experience with TRPM or VRM (GRC).
  • Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, applications and flows.
  • Ability to design process flows and solution architectures.
  • Understanding of integrating applications and application-specific logic.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and platform governance.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams.
  • Experience assisting with technical story writing and reviewing documentation.
  • Mastery in presenting technical architecture solutions to project teams.
  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English.

What will be your mission?
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead the design, implementation and governance of large‑scale ServiceNow solutions that transform how organizations work.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design elegant and simple solutions that elevate user and business experience.
  • Lead and guide junior team members, fostering high‑quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative and effective design solutions.
  • Review project documentation to guarantee quality and compliance.
  • Interact and consult directly with clients, leading workshops and presentations.
  • Lead project design and documentation from start to finish.
  • Compile requirements and define ServiceNow‑based solutions for our customers.
  • Provide top‑level business and technology architecture consultancy services.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, solution architects and technical architects to set technical direction.
  • Provide input to the design of ServiceNow as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
  • Support implementation programs for complex enterprise‑scale solutions.
  • Contribute specialist points of view, participate in events and bring thought leadership.
  • Produce architectural artifacts used as deliverables by the delivery team.
  • Establish and enforce systems design standards and best practices.
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including scoping, estimates and creation of statements of work.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as webinars, social media posts, blogs and whitepapers.
